SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
We ship by Priority Mail via USPS Carrier only!
International shipping is now a option for all our international customers.
Standard Shipping is 2 to 7 Business days for Domestic delivery and does not include processing time which can take up to 24-72 hours to process orders depending on the volume of orders and the season.
International shipping arrival times varies but normally around 5-10. It can be longer depending on the mail service.
International customers will have the option to choose between mail carriers for shipping to their country.
Shipping cost is based off the weight of the product and the mail carrier standard shipping rates.

WE DO NOT SHIP ON HOLIDAYS OR WEEKENDS.
Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day!
Again, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays!
It is VERY IMPORTANT that you give an accurate address at checkout! If your item is returned to us for an incorrect address you gave at checkout or you did not claim your package pick up with USPS; an inconvenience fee of $10 will be charged to correct your address and a reship postage fee will be charged to ship the item back to you. If we made an error with your shipping address that resulted in the item being returned to us then we will contact you to reverify your address and will ship the item back to you at no charge.
NO refunds will be given just a reshipment for the original item you ordered!
We want you to receive your package so please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout!
Once a package leaves our facility, we are no longer responsible.
If the item is lost, stolen or damaged through transit please contact
USPS 1-800-275-8777 to file a claim.
"SNATCH LUXX FITWEAR" WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR PACKAGES LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT OR STOLEN UPON ARRIVAL.
IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER SAYS THE SHIPMENT WAS DELIVERED AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE CALL USPS OR YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE TO LOCATE YOUR PACKAGE.
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO USE THE TRACKING NUMBER PROVIDED TO TRACK YOUR PACKAGE.
UPDATING ORDERS:
Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they instantly start processing. If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.
PRE-ORDERS:
Items available for pre-order will be shown on the collection page with the expected ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be taken up front. No cancellations are excepted. If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s) are fulfilled in the order processing stage. We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items at the same time, please place a separate order for each item you want so there is no delay for the available items.
WE DO OUR BEST TO INSPECT EACH ITEM BEFORE ITS MAILED OUT TO AVOID SENDING YOU A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
EXCHANGES & REFUNDS:
NO INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES OR RETURNS DUE TO DISTANCE AND TIME. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE HIGHLY INSPECTED BEFORE ORDER IS SHIPPED.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, we only offer Store Credit and exchanges will be given for certain situations. Exchanges are only allowed on waist trainers for sizing and manufacture defect issues. NO FULL BODY GARMENTS, FITNESS WEAR, FAJAS, CLOTHING OF ANY KIND, SWIMSUITS OR BUTT LIFTERS CAN BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED. WHATEVER SIZE YOU ORDER IS FINAL. IF YOU ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE CONTACT THE SELLER BEFORE SHIPPING TO CORRECT YOUR ORDER. THIS CAN ONLY BE DONE IF YOU CONTACT THE SELLER BEFORE SHIPPING. ONCE YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED THERE WILL BE NO CHANGES AFTER ORDER IS SHIPPED.
EXCHANGES cont.:
Customers will have 3 DAYS to contact the Seller by email once package is shown delivered. Seller will respond within 24-72 hours with instructions. Only manufacture defects such as zippers and sizing issues in that nature can be exchanged for waist trainers only. The Customer has 5-7 Business days to return the waist trainer for exchange in the US only. DO NOT mail back any waist trainers until it is agreed upon with the Seller for exchange! Upon agreement with the Seller for exchange, mail the waist trainer back with Full Name and word “EXHANGE” by your name on package. Example “JANE DOE – EXCHANGE”. (See “CONTACT US” page for email to contact the seller.) Customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee of shipment both ways. The Seller will exchange the waist trainer with the same size and color if in stock for manufacture defects or seller will exchange for new size if waist trainer was to small or to big with in stock items. If the same size or updated size waist trainer is not in stock then what is available in stock will be sent to the customer. If your size is out of stock in all waist trainers colors and styles then a STORE CREDIT be will provided to the customer to purchase on the next restock or another store item. The Seller has the right to refuse exchanges for any reason i.e if waist trainer is not clean, smells like it’s been worn with an order, or more damage than customer initially claimed. Store credit will not be given until the Seller has received the item back in the mail and has totally inspected the item. Allow 24-72 hours for Store credit to be sent if Seller has agreed to do so.
ALL EXCHANGES MUST BE RETURNED IN NEW OR NEXT TO NEW CONIDTION (not worn or worked out in) WITH THE HANG TAGS ALL ATTACHED.
Limited Edition products cannot be exchanged unless approved due to manufacturing defects within the exchange policy.
WE DO NOT EXCHANGE SALE ITEMS! ONCE AN ITEM IS ON SALE THAT IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE WHICH CANNOT BE REFUNDED!
TAXES:
We are obligated by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws for the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. The tax amount presented during checkout is an estimation of the tax related to your order.
